The AXIWI AT-350 intercom is a wireless bidirectional full-duplex (conference) communications system.

AXIWI bidirectional communications systems are included in the FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association) list of systems for referee communication AXIWI offers professional systems for sports referees, which are used by football and referee organisations all over the world (and by other users as well).
